The processing of your data is necessary for the execution of an agreement where you are a part, the execution of precontractual measures taken on your request, the provision of a service within a contractual relationship and to respond to your request.

The personal data will therefore be kept for the time strictly necessary for the provision of the services and subsequently deleted, as better specified in the chapter “Criteria for data retention”. We have therefore signed an agreement to be responsible for the treatment with Aruba S.p.A. to ensure compliance with the obligations under the regulations. The provision of services by SendinBlue involves the processing of personal data on behalf of the Data controller. The Data Controller may entrust deliveries of purchased goods to external companies responsible for transporting from the point of sale to the address of the interested party. Each company in charge will be appointed responsible for the processing and will comply with the instructions given to the Data Controller in order to ensure the processing of personal data in compliance with the law.

I have a duty to respond to your requests within one month of receiving them. This deadline may be extended by two months if necessary, taking into account the complexity and the number of requests received. In case of extension you will be informed of the delay and the reasons.
