With prior consent, we reserve the right to monitor the use of website by visitors, record inforrmations such as movements, browser info (type, versions, screen sizes, etc.), basic info about the user (Country, language, time zone), to improve the website quality  of the website and services.

Pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679, the carried out treatment must always have a legal basis. The processing of your data is necessary for the execution of an agreement where you are a part, the execution of precontractual measures taken on your request, the provision of a service within a contractual relationship and to respond to your request.

The personal data will therefore be kept for the time strictly necessary for the provision of the services and subsequently deleted, as better specified in the chapter “Criteria for data retention”. Failure to provide it will result in the inability to make the purchase and conclude the contract, or to respond  to your requests.

We have therefore signed an agreement to be responsible for the treatment with Aruba S.p.A. to ensure compliance with the obligations under the regulations. SendinBlue, SAS registered in the Register of Companies of Paris at number 498 019 298 and whose registered office is in 55, rue d’Amsterdam, 75008 Parigi (hereafter “SendinBlue“) carries out an activity of email and SMS marketing and/or transactional through its website www.sendinblue.com. The provision of services by SendinBlue involves the processing of personal data on behalf of the Data controller. Pursuant to UE Regulations 2016/679 General Data Protection Regulation (“the GDPR”) (Article 28, paragraph 3), the Data Controller is obliged to enter into a written agreement between the Data Controller and any organization that processes personal data for his account. The Data Controller has therefore entered into an act of appointment to data manager with Sendinblue (“Data Processor”) to ensure compliance with the aforementioned provisions of the GDPR in relation to all processing of personal data made by the Manager. The Data Controller may entrust deliveries of purchased goods to external companies responsible for transporting from the point of sale to the address of the interested party. Each company in charge will be appointed responsible for the processing and will comply with the instructions given to the Data Controller in order to ensure the processing of personal data in compliance with the law.

  9. to propose a complaint to the Guarantor for the protection of perosnal data.

I have a duty to respond to your requests within one month of receiving them. This deadline may be extended by two months if necessary, taking into account the complexity and the number of requests received. In case of extension you will be informed of the delay and the reasons.

In the hypothesis where we think we cannot follow your requests, I will tell you the reasons for the refusal. In this case you will still have the possibility to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the protection of personal data.
