DECA couplings, which are supplied in brass for diameters up to 63 mm and in cast iron for larger sizes, are used for connecting polyethylene piping. As proof of the high standard of quality, the threaded DECA connections (up to Ø 63) have DVGW and SVGW approval, which means that they are approved for use in Germany and Switzerland.
